The atmosphere of the ancient Country House has been recovered, to ensure a unique and spectacular stay in the green Umbria. Where peace, tranquility, culture, nature merge and where everyone can build his time.
The Country House nestled in the green umbrian hills offers suggestive panoramas, including sunrises and sunsets with fairytale colors and flavors.
Nestled on the side of the hill that leads to Castel Rigone, 350 m above sea level, it is immersed in the silence, in the greenery of our 2800 olive trees and fruit trees, offering peace, tranquility and the opportunity to experience country life.
In addition, the forest and a 300-meter-long road isolate it from the poor traffic of the road to Magione.
The Casolare has been divided into 9 apartments and several Double, Triple and Quadruple rooms, of various sizes, all different from each other and all with independent entrance and private bathroom. The floors are made with wooden beams and handmade tiles.
Each apartment has an masonry equipped kitchen and covered with famous italian ceramic called “Tozzetti”. Some apartments have a fireplace or barbecue, and in each one you will find a refrigerator, heating, mosquito nets, TV and bathroom with shower. We also have accommodation for the disabled with access ramp and equipped bathroom.
Each accommodation has a shaded and equipped outdoor area with garden table and chairs where you can enjoy lunches and dinners in total relax.
A large swimming pool with a wonderful view of the valley will brighten your days, giving you hours of relaxation in a magical atmosphere.
